A court certified translation can only be made by a court interpreter who is appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia. It is bound to the original with an official string so that the original and the translation are not separated and cannot get lost. Court interpreters certify that the translation corresponds to the original with their statement, stamp and signature. We are held liable for a certified translation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;1&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1499843775466{margin-top: 28px !important;}&#8221;]Court certified translations represent the majority of our work. We are particularly meticulous when preparing court certified translations, as we are aware of the fact that even the smallest error can cause numerous problems. We regularly work with nine Slovenian court interpreters (who are also university graduates in law), who have either studied, lived or worked in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, and in the republics of the former Yugoslavia.<\/p>\n<p>Many of our clients often translate documents themselves. We certify previously translated documents, but only after carefully examining their translation. In such cases, the cost of the service is reduced.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Court Interpreting<\/h3>\n<p>The certified court interpreters of LEX TRA clearly and precisely interpret proceedings before different courts, public notaries, attorneys and in other situations. Some situations are relaxed and pleasant (e.g. interpreting at weddings and administrative units), some are interesting and informative (e.g. interpreting at professional seminars), while some are complex and highly technical (e.g. interpreting at business negotiations at the highest level).
