The prices stated do not include VAT, and are valid for one clean-copy page of translated text (250 words). If the word count of the original document exceeds 125 words, the price of a full page is charged. The price of a half page is charged for a text of less than 125 words.
Translations for print are subject to additional editing. The editing costs in such cases are added to the price of the translation. A text may also be edited at the request of a customer.
The additional fee for urgency is 50% whenever a translator exceeds the daily standard by up to 30% and 100% whenever the daily standard is exceeded by up to 60%. That standard is six (6) pages of translation per day into Slovene, and five (5) pages of translation per day into a foreign language.
An additional fee for urgency may only be applied with the consent of the customer ordering the translation.
A fee totalling 10% of the basic price will be charged for the conversion of a document that is not received in a suitable electronic format.
Special tasks carried out by a translator relating to a specific translation will be charged in accordance with the actual time spent and costs incurred.
